Baraut / Khekra. Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC) Preliminary Qualification Examination (PET) concluded on Tuesday at seven examination centers in the city amid tight security arrangements. Special Secretary Lucknow Surendra Prasad also inspected the examination centers. He expressed his displeasure over not installing cameras properly in Digambar Jain Degree College.
In the city’s Janata Degree College, Janata Vidyalaya Inter College, Digambar Jain Inter College, Digambar Jain Degree College, JP Public School, Kristu Jyoti Public School, the first shift started at 10 am and the second shift at 2 pm. Apart from Special Secretary Lucknow Surendra Prasad, DM Rajkamal Yadav, ADM Amit Kumar, SDM Durgesh Mishra and other administrative officers inspected the examination centers and took stock of the arrangements. Special Secretary Lucknow expressed displeasure over not installing CCTV cameras properly in Digambar Jain Degree College. In this regard, after talking to the principal, guidelines were given.
On the other hand, District Magistrate Rajkamal Yadav inspected the Jain Inter College of Khekra. He gave necessary directions to the center administrator Dr. Prashant Jain.
Internet, photo state shops remained open indiscriminately
Barot. Even though instructions were issued to close all the internet, photostat, stationery material shops around the examination centers regarding the examination, but these orders were openly flouted in the city. More than half a dozen internet, photostat shops located very close to Digambar Jain Degree and Inter College of Baraut remained open throughout the day. The officials also kept inspecting these examination centers, but no one paid any attention to it.
