Via the app in e-Sanjeevani OPD, patients can consult a doctor during a video call. The system remains in operation from Monday to Saturday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

The number of patients has increased in the e-Sanjeevani OPD of the SN Medical College in Agra. Patients also become satisfied by video calling doctors for advice. Doctors can also see patients. Dr. PK Maheshwari, director of the neurology department at SN Medical College, said he had consulted four patients through e-Sanjeevani’s OPD app. There were patients with epilepsy, paralysis, headaches and Parkinson’s. I spoke to each patient for about 15-15 minutes.

He listened to the patient. Prescription given. The patient also appeared satisfied when speaking over the video call. He says seeing the doctor’s face during the consultation creates confidence in the patient.

Dr. Kamna Singh, the nodal officer for e-Sanjeevani OPD at the Medical College, said 23 patients were given advice via video call. The facility opened on May 8th, and 49 patients have been advised to date. Do this for a video call
With the e-Sanjeevani OPD app, patients can call from Monday to Saturday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. First you need to download the app. Once registered, OTP is available, you can log in and select the doctor and can be consulted via video call.
