The much anticipated and eagerly awaited starrer Shah Rukh Khan, Pathan, hit the screens last week. Directed by Siddharth Anand, the film has been released on 8000 screens and is performing impressively at the box office in both the domestic and international markets. After a stupendous opening, the movie business is experiencing a steady rise with each passing day. Now, running on the seventh day, Pathan has managed to cross Rs. 600 crore mark at the global box office.
Collecting Rs. With a total gross of 23 cr nett in India (Hindi: 22 cr rupees, all dubbed versions: 1 cr rupees), Pathan in its seventh day at the domestic box office is pegged at Rs. 28 crores. Seeing a similar trend, the overseas box office grossed Rs. He won 15 crores on the seventh day. The total take with Pathan at the overseas box office in 7 days is estimated at USD 29.27 million (Rs 238.5 crore) while the film’s domestic take is Rs. 330.25 Cr Nett (Hindi – Rs 318.50 Cr, Doubled – Rs 11.75 Cr). As of now, Pathan’s total worldwide collection is pegged at a staggering Rs. 634 crores in just 7 days of launch.
Moving forward, Pathan is expected to experience further growth in business in its first week, with business forecasts indicating increased collections in its second weekend. Thanks to this, Pathan has become a must-see that is celebrated all over the country.
