04201 and 04202 passenger trains between Varanasi and Pratapgarh, which were closed during the Corona curfew, started operating on Thursday. Two pairs of passenger trains ran between Varanasi and Pratapgarh, but only one of them has been restored. People are also waiting for the restoration of the second train. Note that there are many train stations between Varanasi and Pratapgarh that people have to come to every day for business reasons. Before the second wave of the Corona period, two passenger trains used to run that were stopped. After around two months and in view of the demand from passengers, a train went into operation on July 1st, but no instructions have yet been given for the second train. Station Superintendent GP Singh said that 04201 will leave Varanasi at 6am and reach Bhadohi at 7.02am. While 04202 leaves Pratapgarh at 4.15pm and reaches Bhadohi at 6.43pm. The fare from Bhadohi to Varanasi will be Rs 45 and the ticket will be available at the normal ticket office.
