Pashu Credit Card Yojana: To promote the animal husbandry business, the government has started the Pashu Kisan Loan Scheme. A cattle farmer will be given a maximum of one to one and a half lakh rupees for buffalo rearing, 66 thousand rupees for goat rearing and 65 thousand rupees for pig rearing.
Pashu Credit Card Yojana: There has been an increase in the animal husbandry business in the country for the last few decades. Recently, the Department of Animal Husbandry and Dairying, Ministry of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying has released the 20th Livestock Census Report. It is also clear from this report that the animal husbandry business is growing rapidly in the country. In view of these reports, the central and state governments are taking important steps for further growth in animal husbandry business.
This is a good chance to earn money by doing animal husbandry. Livestock farmers will be linked to the credit card scheme. A livestock farmer will get a maximum loan of up to Rs 1.5 lakh. The objective of the scheme is to awaken the light of white revolution by doubling the income of the farmers. 40 thousand will be given to cow farmers, 60 thousand rupees will be given to buffalo farmers. The Animal Husbandry Department has started an initiative to connect animal owners with this scheme. A card is being made for this.

Benefits of Animal Husbandry Credit Card Scheme:
Under the Pashu Kisan Credit Card, animal owners can easily buy animals. For this, they also get exemption from the government. With which they can start their dairy business with less investment. For a buffalo, the government will give a loan of Rs 60,249. At the same time, a loan of Rs 4063 will be given for sheep and goat, Rs 720 for chicken that lays eggs. Under the Pashu Kisan Credit Card, the livestock owners will have to pay only 4 percent interest. While a relaxation of 3 percent will be given by the government. The loan amount will be maximum up to Rs.3 lakh.
Process of application in Animal Husbandry Credit Card Scheme:
To take advantage of Pashu Kisan Credit Card Scheme, applicants can contact their nearest bank. Here you will get the form related to the scheme. In which, including filling personal information, you will need Aadhar card, PAN card, Voter card and passport size photo. The applicant must be a permanent resident of Haryana State. The card will be issued by the bank in your name after one month of verification of the form.
