Dr. Santish Chandra Dwivedi, Minister of State (independent head) of the Department of Basic Education and responsible for the district, took part in the awareness-raising workshop of the newly elected school principals and Kshetra Panchayat members on Friday. The Panchayat representatives were motivated to develop the village all around through team spirit. He presented BC Sakhi under the NRLM with a token check for Rs 1.15 crore. Sanction letters were also issued to the beneficiaries of the prime minister’s housing program.
