Panchayat Election – Certificate issued to the losing candidate instead of the victorious candidate

Siddhaur (Barabanki). Due to the negligence of officials in the three-tier Panchayat election, the person who won the post of Gram Panchayat member in a village by 11 votes was issued a certificate on behalf of the runner-up by failing to issue the certificate of victory. The victim complained to the DM.
The counting of the votes took place throughout the Rudra Usmanpur Kothi at Ganga Devi Lal Bahadur Degree College after the vote in the Panchayat elections in Salabhari, the gram Panchayat of the Siddhaur block. Thereafter, Vikram, a candidate for the office of Gram Panchayat member from the second ward of Salabhari Gram Panchayat, was declared victorious by 11 votes. When Vikram asked for the certificate of victory, the officials present asked him to fetch the certificate from the block headquarters a week later.
Vikram circled the block headquarters several times for a certificate of victory. But sometimes the RO isn’t there, sometimes the ARO is returned and says it doesn’t exist. On Tuesday, when Vikram reached the block headquarters and asked officials for a certificate of his victory, he was told that the certificate had been issued in Mamta Devi’s name at Station Number Two, and then the floor slipped out from under his feet . He kept telling me that he won by 11 votes, but there was no hearing. On Wednesday, the victim complained to the district judge and asked for tax measures.
If an ARO issued a loss certificate to the losing candidate in lieu of the winning candidate, it will be investigated and tough action will be taken against anyone found guilty.
