Oxygen will soon be available to 500 medical beds
Muzaffarnagar. Lack of oxygen will no longer kill the people in the district. The Union Minister of State, Dr. Sanjeev Balyan, publicly gave hope at this hour of crisis. For this reason, oxygen gas can be administered simultaneously in 500 beds in the medical college from Sunday. So far, arrangements are being made for only 150 people.
A tank with a capacity of 20 tons of oxygen gas arrived at the medical school two days ago. It contains gas equivalent to 1500 oxygen cylinders. For this reason, the number of oxygen beds in the medical school will be increased from 150 to 500. The tank is brought from a factory in Haridwar for making closed auto parts. This type of new tank is not currently available. There is a waiting period of at least three months. The Linde Company was instrumental in making this available. It is a major producer of oxygen gas. This is a great achievement for the city. The foundation work on the tank will be completed by Friday evening. After the tank is installed, the company will issue the license and the central government will set the gas quota.
