Speaking to Amar Ujala, former MLC Lilavati Kushwaha said that half of the state’s population is neglected today. Women and girls are tortured everywhere. The current government is sitting blind.
He said that the responsibilities assigned by the government are being well met. First of all, a campaign will be launched to strengthen the organization down to stand level. On the question of the reshuffle in the organization, he said that the decision of the top management would now be made on this basis.
There is currently only one goal of how the SP government is to be formed in the upcoming parliamentary elections, and every effort is being made to achieve this. In SP, Lilavati Kushwaha is considered to be the strong base of the women’s voice bank.
After she was district president of Mahila Sabha in the district for 18 years, she was appointed president in 2007 by SP Patron Mulayam Singh Yadav. Thereafter, after the SP government was formed in 2012, she became chairwoman of the Women’s Welfare Corporation.
After being appointed to the Legislative Council in 2015, she stepped down as President of Mahila Sabha State and Chairwoman of Women Welfare Corporation.
Recently, after the end of his term in the Legislative Council, the SP leadership reappointed him as President of Mahila Sabha.
