Order to arrest the Secretary of the Housing Committee for Employees of Bank of India

Since the President of the Consumer Forum, Shamshad Ahmed, did not appear in court after the warrant was issued, he issued a non-enforceable arrest warrant against the Secretary of the Housing Committee for Employees of the Bank of India, Lucknow, and ordered to be presented to the forum in July January 2021 at 10.30 a.m., Police Commissioner and Kotwal Gomti Nagar.
Retired Deputy SP KN Singh, a resident of Kharka Tiraha of Line Bazar Police Station, filed a complaint against the Secretary of Employees Housing Committee Bank of India that he became a nominal member by paying a fee to the secretary while in Lucknow of the committee paid in the past. The committee accepted the complainant’s membership. Because of his membership, he applied for free apartments to be allocated. Which was adopted by the committee on February 16, 1991. The committee allocated Apartment D-1 on behalf of the complainant after receiving an amount of Rs 1.40 lakh from the complainant. In which the complainant, as the owner, lived in with the family from February 16, 1991 and lived for 30 years. The secretary later refrained from doing the registered denama. Thereupon the forum president issued a notice and thereupon an arrest warrant against the secretary. Even so, he did not appear in court. To which the forum took a strict position and issued an arrest warrant. The forum president warned the DGP and the police commissioner Lucknow urgently and ordered the arrest and presentation of the secretary.
