At the same time, a target of 5,883 frontline workers was cited, against whom 5,334 received the doses and 549 beneficiaries did not receive the vaccine. 10% of those entitled to benefits are exempt from vaccination. Similarly, compared to the target of 556,320 in the 18-44 age group, only 77,777 people were vaccinated and 478,543 beneficiaries were withdrawn. That being said, a goal of 265,125 was given in people over 45 years of age, of which only 97,025 were vaccinated. In such a situation, preparations for dealing with the infection are incomplete.
