Sultanpur. A case of scamming a student for Rs 12,780 on behalf of online courses has come to light. The student’s father has complained to the SP about the whole matter.
The matter relates to the location of Laxmanpur in the Kotwali Police Station. According to parent Subhash Singh, his son Abhinav Singh is a high school student at the Convent School.
Abhinav’s cell phone number received a call from a coaching center to take the online course.
On the basis of these records, he received a loan of 12,000 seven hundred and eighty rupees on behalf of Subhash Singh. Afterward, he had discussed the procedure by collecting a monthly fee of Rs 2556 by check.
Even after paying the check amount, if the course did not go through the link provided, he asked the staff at the center. Then he blocked his number. Subhash Singh, a concerned guardian, then blocked his bank account. Subhash Singh called for justice from the Superintendent of Police.
