Notice To 50 Heads Of Departments On Defaulter Igrs Complaints

Mainpuri. The Chief Development Officer reviewed the defaulter IGRS complaints on Monday. He expressed displeasure over receiving a large number of defaulter complaints. On negligence, notices have been issued to the concerned 50 heads of departments and orders have been given to dispose of the complaints in three days. A warning has also been given of action if it is not disposed of.
If they do not resolve the online complaints within the stipulated time, they go in the category of defaulters. Chief Development Officer Vinod Kumar held a review meeting with various officers for redressal of similar complaints. During the review, he found that 130 complaints related to various departments are in the category of defaulters. The CDO expressed displeasure over this. He has issued notices to 50 heads of departments for disposal of all these complaints. In this, orders have been given for disposal of defaulter complaints within three days. Warned of action if defaulter complaints are not resolved within three days. Also directed for timely disposal of pending complaints.
