Notice Served To The Owner Of Nursinghome To Vacate The Premises

The Secretary of the District Cooperative Federation Limited has issued notices to two people including the manager of Kunti Nursing Home located on Canal Road and directed them to vacate the house. Instructions have also been given in the notice to pay the outstanding rent within a week. A warning has also been given of administrative action if the house is not vacated by paying rent in a week.
Additional District Cooperative Officer Ram Samujh Verma, Secretary, District Cooperative Federation, has issued a notice to the manager of Kunti Nursing Home on Canal Road and Rajesh Kumar, a resident of Khageshwarpurwa, on Monday. The manager of the nursing home is Dr. Arun Maurya, the chairman of the central consumer store, while Rajesh Kumar is a class IV employee in the cooperative department in Pilibhit. According to the notice, DCF has a house in Khageshwarpurwa. This house was given on rent to Kunti Nursing Home in the year 2006. Now DCF is looking to set up its office in this house.
On June 29, 2018, the Managing Committee of DCF has also passed a resolution to evict the tenancy and a resolution has been passed to collect the outstanding rent. According to the notice, Kunti Nursing Home is in possession of the house since the year 2006. Notice has already been given for eviction of possession. Now it has been said to vacate the house by depositing the rent payment of Rs 93,500 in a week till August 2021. Similarly, Rajesh Kumar has been directed to deposit the remaining rent of Rs.84,000.
Dr. Arun Maurya, Manager of Kunti Nursing Home and President of Kendriya Consumer Store, said about this that the matter is going on for a long time. Dr. Arun Maurya categorically denied being the tenant or occupier of any land or house of DCF. He said that some other people have houses on rent. In the past also a notice was received, to which reply was given. The issue of notice is yet to be taken into consideration. The notice will be replied to.
