After two a.m. on Monday afternoon, there was a rush of passengers heading for Gorakhpur at the city’s Brassenagri bus station. Before that, two buses had driven from Moradabad to Gorakhpur. When the road administration saw the crowd, they prepared another bus for Gorakhpur. The situation was that more than 80 passengers saw climbing in the 52-seater bus. Then the road administration arranged another bus. The second bus was also packed with passengers and was left behind by the social distancing house. If a passenger on the bus is infected in such a situation, it can become a danger for everyone. Hence, travelers returning to their home districts need to be careful.
In the past week, the number of passengers to the Lucknow, Gorakhpur, Prayagraj and Purvanchal districts has increased. For this reason, the road management has also deployed some additional buses.
