In Farrukhabad, the CJM Court issued arrest warrants against Louis Khurshid, wife of former Foreign Minister and Foreign Minister Athar Farooqui alias Mohammad Athar, project leader of the Dr. Zakir Hussain Memorial Trust in Farrukhabad.A case of forgery and fraud is pending against them. The Trust had received Rs 71.50 lakh from the Government of India on March 30, 2010 for the distribution of equipment to people with disabilities. This was to be used to distribute equipment to the handicapped by building a camp in Farrukhabad from four lakhs.

The project manager and the secretary were given the task of issuing the certificate of use for this amount in three months. The aim was to check 10 percent of the disabled by the committee at the district level and to send the report to the Indian government.

The list of 32 beneficiaries was sent to the Government of India together with the verification report on June 3, 2010. By order of the Indian government, the state government handed over its investigations to the Economic Delikts Research Organization, Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow. Inspector Ramshankar Yadav conducted the investigation. When checking the list, it turned out that the seal of naming Tehsildar Kayamganj and CMO was forged. On May 29, 2010, no camp was organized in Kayamganj.
