Balrampur. The sale of brochures for the offices of District President and Vice President Panchayat takes place in Courtroom No. 27 of the Collectorate. The general category candidates are required to deposit Rs 10,000 and the reserved category candidates are required to deposit Rs 5,000 for the District President and Vice President seats in elections numbers.
District Election Officer / DM Shruti said Friday that by order of the state electoral commission, the process of holding elections for the office of President and Vice President of Panchayat District has started with the sale of nomination papers. Nomination papers will be on sale in Courtroom No. 27 of the Collectorate starting June 25th, 11 am-3pm. Candidates can be the Zilla Panchayat member of the class for which the office of President Zilla Panchayat is reserved. If a person from the reserved category has been elected as a Zilla Panchayat member by a non-reserved congregation, he can also be a candidate for the reserved office of Zila Panchayat. General category candidates applying for the post of District President of Panchayat will receive nomination papers for Rs 1500 and reserved category candidates such as SC, ST, OBC and women will receive nomination papers for Rs 750. The general category must be Rs 10,000 and the reserved Category 5,000 rupees as a deposit. Each candidate can submit nomination papers in a maximum of four sentences, but bail will only be withdrawn from one. A self-certified photo of the candidate and their proposer and their runner-up must be attached to the nomination form. The affidavit must be submitted in the prescribed format. For the reserved category, candidates must present the box certificate issued by the competent authority in the nomination letter. The Kshetra Panchayat and Panchayat District declaration form must also be included in the nomination paper. All candidates are required to provide a certificate of deposit.
