No night shift in PHC, patient upset
Ghughli (Maharajganj). The health facilities at Laxmipur Deurwa Primary Health Center are in poor condition. Dogs sit in the tube well pump building. The pipe installed in the house built on the site has become a snake’s nest. If a person in the area deteriorates at night, the hospital will be closed. In such a situation, patients need to go to Jholachhapa or Ghughli CHC.
Pharmacist Sanjay Kumar Upadhyay said that PHC has a delivery system. ANM gave birth to 6 to 7 pregnant women in one month. No staff came because of compulsory vaccination. When asked about the doctor, the pharmacist said that there was an emergency service at the Ghughli health center.
The pharmacist Sanjay Kumar Upadhyay was found on Wednesday at 11:28 am in the PHC Laxmipur Deurwa during the investigation. Ward boys were walking around the hospital grounds. The drug counter was open but the staff weren’t there. Urmila, a resident of Pipriyan, was sitting on the bench. He said he had a low temperature. I came for treatment, but the doctor didn’t come. He said there was no drinking water supply in the hospital. Patients have also started not coming because of the locust. CHC Superintendent Dr. Amit Vikram said the doctors could not reach the hospital because of emergency services. When patients face any problems, they are resolved immediately. Hospital equipment is fine.
