New Roster Of Power Supply Released On Burning Of Transformer In Kasimabad

Qasimabad. Due to the burning of transformer of 20 MBA (changer) of 132 KVA power substation Kasimabad, a new roster has been issued by making huge reshuffle in the power supply of 33 KVA power substation Kasimabad, Mehraur and Dhotari related to this sub-station. It is to be known that on August 3, a transformer of 20 MBA of 132 KVA power sub-station Kasimabad has burnt down. In this regard, Executive Engineer Electricity Despatch Division Ghazipur SK Singh has issued a release and informed that with immediate effect due to the burning of 20 MVA transformer, 33 KVA power sub-station Kasimabad will get 17 hours, 33 KVA power sub-station Mehraud for 16 hours. 16 hours power supply to Dhotari will be done under the following roster. According to the roster released for Kasimabad sub-station, a total of 17 hours of electricity will be supplied from 12 in the night to 5 in the morning, from 8 in the morning to 12 in the day and from 2 in the day to 6 in the evening. Similarly, 33 KVA power substation, Mehraud will be supplied power for a total of 16 hours from 12 pm to 3 am, 5 am to 2 pm, 6 pm to 8 pm and 11 pm to 12 pm. Similarly, according to the roster released for Dhotari sub-station, electricity will be supplied from 12 am to 8 am in the night and from 12 am to 2 pm from 4 pm to 8 pm. The Executive Engineer said that it may take time till August 20 to replace the burnt 20 MBA transformers. Therefore, all the consumers should use the power supply according to the time table. On the other hand, due to frequent tripping at 33 KVA power substation Kasimabad, all the feeders are running quite disrupted. Due to which huge dissatisfaction is being seen among the consumers.
