Mp Home Minister Trapped In Flood, Airlifted

Jhansi. The water level of Sindh river is at danger mark due to heavy rains. Due to this many villages situated around the river have been flooded. On Wednesday, Home Minister Narottam Mishra arrived by boat to take stock of Kotra village in Datia district of Madhya Pradesh adjoining Jhansi. Meanwhile, a tree fell on his boat, leaving the Home Minister surrounded by flood waters. Hardly his security personnel took him out of the water and took him to a house in the village. He was surrounded by floods for about an hour. On receiving the information, the MP administration got alert. The rescue team that reached the spot airlifted the Home Minister out of the flood.
