Barot. For three days, more than 250 families of the village are facing drinking water crisis due to the fault in the power line of the tubewell of the drinking water tank located in Sinauli. Women and girls have to make arrangements for drinking water from far-flung hand pumps and tube wells. It is alleged that despite complaining continuously, neither the departmental officers are paying attention to this nor the village head and others.
The population of Sinauli village under Baraut block is about nine to ten thousand. Water is supplied to more than 300 families in the village from the drinking water tank. For three days, there was a fault in the power line of the tube well of the drinking water tank located in the village. Because of this, water is not reaching these houses. The villagers are worried about this.
