More Than 100 People Sick In 10 Villages

Durgapurwa, Naya Nirmalpurwa, Darginreti, Lalapurwa, Gargipurwa, Asharampurwa, Jaitiya, Mareli, Shrirampurwa, Myodhi Cholaha, Dhuspurwa, Pasinpurwa of Biswan tehsil were in the grip of floods. The water of Sharda and Saryu rivers has now receded. Due to this water has been removed from the approach roads of these villages and from inside the houses. This has brought great relief to the villagers. Now the crisis of disease has arisen in front of them.
More than 100 people in the villages have come under the grip of the disease. Some are having high fever for three days and some for five days. Villagers say that no team from CHC Reusa has reached the villages so far. Nor is fogging done. Reusa CHC in-charge Dr. Anoop Pandey informed that mobile teams are being sent to flood affected villages. Fagging is not happening. Teams are sent to the villages where fever is reported.
Laharpur CHC: More than 200 patients arrived in OPD
Laharpur (Sitapur). Viral fever is spreading rapidly in the city and rural areas of Laharpur tehsil. A fever patient has been referred to the district hospital in a serious condition. More than 200 patients are coming to OPD in CHC every day.
Madhavaram (55), a resident of village Tahpur in Laharpur tehsil, was suffering from fever for several days. The relatives brought the CHC. There, the doctors have referred him to the district hospital in view of his serious condition. In the villages and towns of the tehsil, many people are suffering from fever.
At present, more than 200 patients are coming to the OPD daily. This patient is suffering from fever and cold, due to which the OPD gets crowded since morning. Till noon, there is a fight between patients for treatment.
