Mohanlal turns chef amidst the shooting of Jeethu Joseph’s Ram; prepares wagyu for his co-stars
Malayalam superstar Mohanlal is known for his illustrious acting career. The veteran actor has a very exciting list of films in both Malayalam and other languages. Mohanlal is currently busy shooting for Jeetu Joseph’s upcoming director Ram in the UK. He plays the Titanic character in the film, which has an all-star cast. Mohanlal recently became a chef for his co-stars in between takes and actor Indrajit Sukumaran shared some interesting glimpses of the superstar’s cooking sessions on social media.
In the footage, Mohanlal is seen preparing ‘Wagyu Steak’ in his kitchen, which appears to be inside a caravan. In the stills, superstar Ram’s co-stars Indrajit Sukumaran and Samyuktha Menon are also eagerly waiting to try the food. “Star chef in action!!” wrote Indrajit, who shared the pictures on his official Instagram account. In the images that are now going viral, Mohanlal is seen in his casual best in a green shirt, which he paired with a black cap.

For those who don’t know, Mohanlal is also very popular for his exceptional cooking skills. In her spare time, the superstar often becomes a chef for her wife Suchitra and some close friends of hers. Coming to Ram, the director of Jeetu Joseph made his London debut a few weeks ago, after several delays due to lockdown. If reports are to be believed, Mohanlal plays the role of Ram Mohan IPS, an Indian RAW agent investigating a series of murders taking place in six different locations around the world. Trisha Krishnan plays the female lead in Ram, which will be released in two parts.
