While the irrigation department gave about 2.5 billion rupees for 153 runoffs. Taking advantage of the formation of irrigation committees in the Mangraura area, it is claimed that the cleaning of the drains is carried out without tender. Alam is that the officials and contractors made a lot of money. Payment was made even after the Madafarpur and Sarauli drains were not cleaned by Nagapur Rajbha.
