Auraiya. The United Teachers Association (Utah), an organization fighting corruption in education, held a meeting on Sunday at the Gayatri Shaktipeeth Ashram in Dibiyapur. Many problems were raised, including paying salary and margin bills for newly appointed teachers and restoring old pensions. There was a discussion about reorganizing the organization at the block level.
At the meeting, Mandal’s President Neeraj Rajput said that there is no importance of position in the organization, all active members are equal. If the teachers courageously stay with the organization, they must not be exploited. District President Omji Porwal said that due to the organization’s efforts, the salaries and arrears of hundreds of teachers have been paid. Around a thousand teachers in the district have benefited directly from the work of the organization.
He said the organization helped teachers even during the Corona period. General Secretary Alok Kumar Gupta, Gyan Prakash Batham, Vishal Porwal, Sharad Kumar, Manoj Rathor, Pradeep Gupta, Shivbalak Verma, Shashikant, Rahul Yadav, Murshid Siddiqui, Vipul Chauhan, Ashish Tripathi, Deepak Gupta etc. were present.
