Once started, patient recruitment will begin. After completing the formalities of the admission test, the MBBS course also begins in December. Government Medical College OPD has started. The construction work on the library, laboratory, dormitory, etc. is 95 percent complete, the rest of the work is being carried out on a war basis. So far, doctors have been appointed in 10 departments. At the same time, 15 resident doctors have taken over the management. Therefore, the facility of treatment of neurology, neurosurgery, urology, urosurgery, nephrology, cardiology will be easily accessible.
The university management has now endeavored to gain recognition. According to the standards for the recognition of medical universities, the admission of an ambulance service is mandatory. This week the MCI team is also coming for a review.
Headmaster Dr. Salil Srivastava said the MCI team must be inspected on site before running the medical college. The team is coming soon.
