Marks Improvement Exam From Today, Orders For Transparency – Marks Improvement Exam will be held from 18 September to 06 October


Gonda. District Magistrate Markandeya Shahi has ordered to conduct the Marks Improvement Examination-2021 conducted by the Board of Secondary Education with complete integrity. A meeting was held in the Collectorate Auditorium with the center administrators of the examination centres, Static, Sector and Zonal Magistrates.
In the meeting held on Friday, the DM made it clear that the marks correction examination should be done with complete transparency as per the norms and rules. Told that it will be held from Saturday 18 September to 6 October at a total of 10 examination centers in the district. 338 high school students and 585 intermediate students will appear in the examination.
During the meeting, it was informed by the District School Inspector that 10 external center administrators, 10 supervisors, 04 mobile teams, 45 static magistrates, 10 sector magistrates and 04 zonal magistrates have been deployed in all the examination centers earmarked for the examination. All the examination centers have been connected with the district level control room and state level control room. Nodal and shift wise officers have been posted in the control room for supervision.
The DM instructed that all the 10 examination centers of the district should be kept online continuously during the entire examination period in the district level control room. Nodal and in-charge officers will be posted in the control room for its continuous supervision.
He said that if the CCTV camera is not working properly in any examination center, then its written report should be given to the District School Inspector immediately. It was also instructed that the Static Magistrate posted in all the examination centers should reach the prescribed examination center 45 minutes before the start of the first shift at 8 am and second shift at 2 pm on their duty date and the officers posted there, Room inspectors will check the presence of internal mobile team members.
At the sensitive and sensitive examination centers, the functioning of the router device must be checked with the CCTV footage and recording with the voice recorder.
The center administrators, external center administrators posted at the examination centers will keep the CCTV footage and recordings with voice recorders safe for the entire examination period as well as keep the router device functional and inform the inspecting officer about the examination period.
