Manav Sampada Portal

Manav Sampada Portal is a personal management tool launched by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath Nath, Uttar Pradesh for government employees. With the help of this portal, the government can effectively and efficiently manage human resources. The portal has four online modules Transfer/Posting, Leave Management, ACR Module and e-filing of Annual Property Return. Basically, in this article we are going to provide information related to Leave Management System. Government employees of any department can apply for leave using this portal.

How to apply for leave online on Manav Sampada Portal?

• Option view of “eHRMS Login” on home page of website
• Select Department Name, Directorate/Headquarters, User ID, Password and Captcha Code
• Click on login and select the option “Online Leave”
• Select “Apply Leave” option and new page will open with apply
• Select the Officer, Leave Type, From Date, From Date, Ground/Reason, and other information (if any)
• Click the option and Application Reference Number will be generated, note it down

M-Sthapana Mobile App

M-Sthapana is a mobile application developed by NIC for Android mobile users to apply leave, check status or process leave applied. To download the application, you need to follow the further mentioned steps:-

• First of all, visit the Manav Sampada Portal
• “Download App” option on the home page of the website
• Click it or you can directly get the application from play store of your mobile
• Click on the Install option and let the app download to your mobile

Mobile App Login Process

• After installing the application, you need to login
• For this first open the app
• Choose Welcome! Continuous to Chroma” option
• Now enter EHRMS User ID and Password

• Tick ​​the check box and select Login

Procedure to apply for new leave through mobile app

To submit a new application for leave you need to follow the steps given below:-

• Open mobile app and login first
• Click on “Apply for Leave”
• Select the type of leave, from date, to date, ground or reason
• Select your Reporting Officer by entering the Manav Sampada ID of an Accounts Officer
• Select the “Submit” option and Application Reference Number will be generated
• Note down the reference number for further use

Process to check status of leave applied through mobile app

• Open mobile app and login first
• Click on “Check Status”
• Enter your reference number
• Select the “Check” option and the status will appear

Process to process leave applied through mobile app

• Open mobile app and login first
• Click on “View Leave Request”
• Pending request list will appear
• Click on “Click to View” option to take further action
• You will get three options Approve, Reject and Forward
• If you select next then you have to enter the officers ms id
• Select the Confirm option to confirm your action.

• go to office list option from the homepage.
• Select your Department, State Headquarters, District and Office Type.
• Select the View option.
