The cultural department and the tourism department presented the approach and renovation of the Maa Vindhyavasini temple complex to Prime Minister Yogi Adityanath at Lok Bhawan in Lucknow on Thursday. The chief secretary for tourism and culture, Mukesh Kumar Meshram, gave detailed information on the proposed cultural policy.Culture plays an important role in the overall development of the state. Given the important role of culture in preserving, promoting, economic development, increasing employment opportunities, social development and balanced regional development of the state’s cultural heritage, a cultural policy proposed by the Ministry of Culture is required. The Prime Minister also watched the presentation on the approach and redevelopment of the park to the Vindhyavasini Devi Temple Complex in Vindhyachal. The necessary instructions were then given.

During this time Minister of State (independent department) for Tourism, Culture and Charitable Affairs Dr. Neelkanth Tiwari, Chief Secretary RK Tiwari, Principal Secretary Chief Minister and Information Sanjay Prasad, Secretary Chief Minister Alok Kumar, Director Culture and Information Shishir and other senior other officials attended.
