Tundla (Firozabad). The irregularities in Nagar Palika Parishad Tundla have reached Lokayukta. Lokayukta set up a district judge’s committee and requested the investigation report. A letter from Lokayukta asked DM to set up a committee of inquiry. It has caused a stir among contractors about the Lokayukta’s investigation.
Rakshapal Singh Rana, a member of Division 23, resident of the city’s Shivpuri colony, had filed other complaints with Lokayukta related to the recruitment of computer operators in the community. The Lokayukta took members’ complaints seriously. The secretary of Lokayukta, Uttar Pradesh, Anil Kumar Singh, has sent a letter to the DM ordering the establishment of a three-stage committee of inquiry and the submission of the three-point investigation report. The committee of inquiry should also include a financial expert.
This committee will review the relevant records and mandate related to the attitude towards the post of computer operator and also see what known sources the officials and employees charged with acquired the property after March 27, 2014. On the other hand, Om Construction, pump operator, will investigate irregularities in hiring employees of an outsourced company, fake submersible boats and pipe wells. With the start of the investigation in Lokayukta, there was a stir among the contractors and the city administration.
The community officials are not included in the committee of inquiry.
Tundla. No Palika Parishad officer is included in the committee of inquiry set up on the orders of Lokayukta. This is clearly stated in Lokayukta’s order letter. The investigative committee formed by the district judge must send the report to the Lokayukta by July 7th.
