The High Court attorneys have launched a civil disobedience movement calling for cases to be heard physically rather than virtually in court. Lawyers have long advocated the requirement for manual file filing and physical hearing. He has also presented memoranda to the Chief Justice and the Chancellor General many times. In the absence of a decision by the High Court administration, some attorneys walked outside the High Court premises on Monday, protesting and raising slogans and then sitting on a dharna. Lawyers say the High Court has started manually admitting cases, but hearing cases should also be physical. There are many problems with hearing through video conferencing. Lawyers cannot appear in the trial due to a lack of timely links or network errors. The Chief Justice has been asked to run the judicial system smoothly. The agitators were led by Abhishek Shukla, Joint Secretary Administration of the High Court Bar, and prominent in this were Anuradha Sundaram, Santosh Kumar Mishra, Subhash Yadav, Anuj Kumar Singh, Anjani Kumar Mishra, Pawan Yadav, Rupesh Singh, Rambali and Shraddha Shukla.
