Farah suggests to Ehsaan that he should take this opportunity to get closer to the narrative. However, their conversation is interrupted by the arrival of Aarav and Katha, who join them at the table. Aarav is secretly sending messages to Viaan, trying to anger Ehsaan. Despite Ehsan’s request that Katha can talk some more, she refuses, saying that she needs to go because it’s late.

Reet is in some pain, but when Kailash insists that she go see a doctor, she refuses, saying she’s fine. Kailash then scolds Yuvraj for not taking the time to take care of Reet, reminding him that he needs to be more mature as he is about to become a father for the third time. After Kailash and Kavita leave, Reet tells Yuvraj that she was feigning pain because Kailash and Kavita were planning to let Aarav and Katha stay with them, and that she was afraid they would neglect her. Yuvraj expresses his frustration that Kailash doesn’t understand him and Reet isn’t mature.

Over dinner, Aarav keeps making puzzles, which Vaayan answers via discreet text messages. The next day, Ehsaan and Viaan talk about sharing the costs of Jeetu’s 25th anniversary party, as they are both business partners and have a close relationship with Jeetu.

During Earthcon’s 50th anniversary photo shoot, Katha invites everyone, including Viaan, to take a group photo. During the shoot, Viaan becomes jealous of the closeness between Ehsaan and Katha. Later, at Jeetu’s anniversary celebration, Viaan tries to remove the photos of Ehsaan and Katha, but Katha catches him. When he returns to his office, he sees Katha looking at her laptop and wonders if he’s seen the deleted photos. Katha restores the footage and is concerned about Viaan’s jealousy.
She decides not to attend the party after learning that it is a traditional Indian theme, where she will not be able to dress as she wishes. Neerja talks to Katha and finds out the reason for her absence, and Aarav listens. When he can’t convince Katha to buy him a dress, he decides to seek Viaan’s help in choosing a dress for her.
