Lalitpur. In view of the drinking water issue in the district, a committee of inquiry was set up to assess the reality of Jal Sansthan’s projects. The Divisional Commissioner has also instructed the committee formed to conduct technical investigations and propose improvements.
With the beginning of the summer season, the drinking water problem arose in the district. Meanwhile, the top officials receive complaints that Jal Sansthan’s projects are not working properly. To this end, Divisional Commissioner Jhansi Ajay Shankar Pandey has set up a committee of inquiry in all districts of the division. According to this, the district development officer, chief engineer, minor irrigation department, chief engineer Rajghat-Baublock were appointed to the committee of inquiry. The Divisional Commissioner has stated on his behalf that the review of the development programs found that Jal Sansthan’s projects are shabby and underutilized. There is no better water management than this. The officials of the Screening Committee are instructed to provide technical checks and suggestions for improvement in order to ensure the current status of the projects on site. The review by this screening committee is intended to improve the implementation of the projects.
