On the seventh day of the Paryushan festival by Jains, special worship was done to the best austerity religion and Tirthankara Sheetalnath Swami. Celebrating the festival of Dhoop Dashami in the afternoon, by including incense material in the fire, a wish was also made for the nirjara of deeds.
While worshiping the best asceticism in both the Jain temples of Sarsawa, Alka Jain, the director of the Syadvad Mahila Mandal, who is doing Jain scriptures, said that merely sitting in meditation is not a practice of perfect austerity, but sitting in a meditative posture by oneself. After churning the activities being done, walking on the path of Dharma is the best practice of austerity. Arvind Kumar Jain, while reciting the Dhoop Dashami story, described the Leela of Karma.

Atishaya Shastri and Siddhartha Shastri said that the seventh day of Paryushan Mahaparva is the day of excellent penance.
