Instructions to confiscate the bonds of four villagers
Old age Four villagers from two villages again disrupted the peace while bound by the clauses of breaking the peace. In this context, the Deputy Collector ordered the previously submitted bail to be withdrawn. He ordered four villagers from two villages to deposit five rupees and two lakh rupees each.
Sub-collector Ajay Kumar Ambasht said Zulfkar and Rakib, residents of Dabhedi village, were handcuffed on charges of disturbing the peace. The bond papers of five lakh rupees each were filled out by both villagers. Luv Kumar aka Monu and Vidur Mohan were also banned in the village of Sathedi. The bond papers of both were filled for two lakh rupees each. Even after the bond was filled, the breach of peace was confirmed by both villagers, even though the bond was punctual. The deputy collector said it had been ordered to confiscate the four villagers’ mortgage notes in favor of the state government. He said that if the villagers fail to deposit the money by the deadline, they will be imprisoned for six months.
