Instructions For Timely Completion Of Namami Gange Yojana

Chitrakoot. Under the Jal Jeevan Mission scheme, the Additional District Magistrate of Namami Gange conducted on-site inspection of various components of the Raipura Project. Seeing the slow progress of the construction work, instructed to increase the laborers and machines. During the inspection, he saw the intake well being built in Gunta Dam. Where the length of the approach route was 68 meters. Which is only 48 meters. 20 meters work is pending. Only two dumpers were found running on the spot. On which the ADM expressed displeasure and instructions were given to increase the number of laborers and dumpers. So that the work of intake well can be completed before time. The ADM instructed Madhav, Senior Project Manager, GVPR, to do the earth filling work as soon as possible. Excavation work should be started for the construction of pump house. Half the work on the water treatment plant has been completed. Presently the work is found to be in progress. The excavation work of MCW War Main Clear Water Reservoir has been done long back, but due to waterlogging, further work was hampered. Instructions have been given to take out the water and soil by putting a pump on it. 34 workers were employed. According to the intention of the government, the project manager of the working organization has been asked to take this important project of Jal Jeevan Mission to provide drinking water to rural areas.
