Sultanpur. In Maniyarpur Village, Dubeypur Development Block, the Chief Development Officer obtained an inventory of the village’s cleanliness during the rain on Wednesday morning. At the instruction of the CDO on the problem of waterlogging in the village, the officials immediately took action. The work to dig the drain was carried out immediately by installing JCB in the village.
Chief Development Officer Atul Vats arrived at Maniyarpur village in Dubeypur at eight a.m. on Wednesday morning to test the reality of the cleanliness and drainage campaign being carried out in the Gramm Panchayats by order of the government.
The CDO, who reached the village together with the DPRO, took an umbrella and looked at the cleanliness system in the village. In response to the villagers’ complaint about the waterlogging problem, the CDO immediately instructed the DPRO to dig the drain through the installation of JCB. The department officers intervened on his instructions.
DPRO RK Bharti immediately called JCB and had the drain digged by noon. He instructed that the solid waste collected in the village should be disposed of according to government guidelines. During the inspection, the CDO saw several acres of land reserved for the barn and roadside playground.
Although he knows the country, he asked for an action plan to build a playground in the village. He said that the playground should be prepared with the funds from MNREGA, Gram Panchayat and Kshetra Panchayat. He has instructed the District Panchayat Raj Officer to immediately make arrangements for cleanliness, drainage, etc. in the Gramm Panchayats in the face of the rain. Those affected were present on this occasion.
