If you want to do seated yoga at home, you don’t have to worry. Now you can easily get information about different ways to do yoga yourself on the phone. To this end, Vidyabhushan, a third-year student at the chemical engineering faculty, IIT BHU, created a multiplayer yoga gameplay yoga platform with the help of artificial intelligence.Created with the help of the NASSCOM Foundation Cisco, the mentorship of Thingcubator and the IIT BHU Incubation Center, people on this platform receive information about various yogas through audio videos. So that people can do yoga sitting down at home.

Vidyabhushan said that through audio videos, people will also be able to get information about the right kind of yoga.

Dr. Hari Prabhat Gupta, Assistant Professor, Department of Computer Science and Engineering, IIT BHU, and his team Dr. Ashish Gupta, Dr. Tanima Gupta, Dr. Preeti Kumari Rahul Mishra have developed a technology called YogaHelp that helps people without any assistance without K’s supervision would help them to learn the correct yoga path.Dr. Hari Prabhat Gupta explained that ‘YogaHelp’ uses the smartphone’s sensor to detect the 12 connection steps of Surya Namaskar Yoga along with their accuracy. This technique was accepted and published in Artificial Intelligence magazine on June 21. The full-featured, cloud-supported technology will be available to Android and iOS cell phone users from October 2021.
