After surveying the construction block of the State Road Transport Corporation, an estimate has been prepared in this regard and sent to the government. In this, many works including interlocking, drain construction, pipeline are proposed. Now it remains to be seen when this work gets the green signal from the government. At present, the passengers do not seem to be getting rid of the trouble.
From five-six decades ago, many shops were built by encroaching on government land in front of the roadways bus stand. Last year these shops were demolished by the administration. Now there was a deep pit in place of the shops. Waterlogging in these pits when it rains is a problem for the commuters. People are worried about this.
To solve the problem of waterlogging, 15 days ago the JE of the construction department from the regional office Etawah conducted a survey. After this, interlocking in place of shops, construction of drain for sewerage water of toilets built in bus stand building, construction of gates by mesh piping, besides some other works have also been proposed. A proposal to spend Rs 34 lakh in this work has been sent to the government. Now the construction department is waiting for approval from the government.
ARM RC Yadav told that as soon as the money is approved from the government, the construction work will be started. The works that are to be done, if they are completed, then the proposed green belt will also be ready for many years. A lattice boundary wall is also proposed in front of the temple built in the roadways bus stand complex.
