After the news was published in Amar Ujala, the Nagar Panchayat administration got Raja Mahendra Pratap Park cleaned on Thursday morning.
It is noteworthy that the statue of Raja Mahendra Pratap Singh is standing on a pile of garbage inside the bushes in a park near the vegetable market in Mursan. This news was prominently published in Amar Ujala on Thursday. After this news, on Thursday morning, Swadesh Arya, executive officer of Mursan Nagar Panchayat, engaged the cleaning workers of the Nagar Panchayat and got the cleaning work done here. After the cleaning work, now small children are playing in this park. After cleaning, in the evening the children of the town came to the park to play cricket and the children played cricket for several hours.
It is said that about 25 years ago this statue of Raja Mahendra Pratap was installed in this park by a district panchayat member. After the installation of the statue, cleaning arrangements were made here for about four-five years. Now for about 20 years, this park was littered with garbage.
