District Judge Ramesh Ranjan held a review meeting with district officials regarding the covid vaccination in the Collectorate auditorium on Wednesday. The DM expressed strong displeasure with the unsatisfactory progress of the covid-19 vaccination. He instructed to develop a plan of action and make the campaign a success while coordinating the vaccination between June 23rd and June 30th.
He said that the mandatory action plan should not only be made available to the village chief, Kotdar and the secretary, but should also be posted in public places such as schools and Anganwadi centers so that people know when and what time vaccination will be carried out your place. He said that any kind of negligence was inexcusable. If during the investigation the degree of negligence is determined, action will be taken against him by establishing the liability of the person concerned.
The DM informed all those responsible at the community health center about the vaccinations carried out so far and the vaccination teams and their expected progress. Expressed displeasure with the poor progress of the Sikandrau, Hasayan, Sahpau and Sadabad development blocks with regard to vaccination.
He instructed all subdistrict judges to monitor the vaccination regularly. He instructed the basic education officer to transfer the tasks of the block school director and the primary and secondary school teachers to vaccination work. He said that if vaccination progress is not satisfactory for the next week, action will be taken by establishing the responsibility of those affected. He instructed the District Panchayat Raj Officer to compile a list of those who are over the age of 18 in each of the district’s Gram Panchayats.
