A memorandum was given to the Basic Education Officer (BSA) by the Uttar Pradesh Primary Teachers Association regarding the burning problems of teachers working in primary and upper primary schools. Earlier, the meeting of the union was held at the teacher’s building. In this, discussions were held on how to solve the problems of teachers.
It has been said in the memorandum that no promotion has been done in the district since the year 2016, due to which hundreds of posts of assistant teachers of primary and upper primary schools are vacant. The intention of promotion was also expressed in the past by the education minister of the state government, Satishchandra Dwivedi.
Even after that no action has been taken so far. Expressing displeasure over the continuous cancellation of the child care leave of the teachers, a demand was made for its approval. Other problems were also placed before the BSA. On this occasion, District President Suresh Kumar Sharma, Santosh Sharma, Yogendra Sharma, Virendra Singh, Prabhakar etc. were present. Dialogue
