Currently, the number of active corona infected patients in the district is more than 12,000. Of these, patients whose health is deteriorating will be admitted to either a 100-bed L-2 hospital in a new village or a 30-bed L-2 class hospital developed at the Bilgram Chungi Agricultural School. All beds are functional, according to CMO Surya Mani Tripathi. The availability of oxygen is also maintained on all beds. It has been said that cylinder refilling has so far been done from a different location, including Murariganj, Hamirpur, Lucknow. As soon as information was received, 114 small and 50 jumbo oxygen bottles were sent to Shahjahanpur for refilling by the health department. The city magistrate Jung Bahadur Yadav said the cylinders will be refilled under the supervision of administrative officials in Shahjahanpur. All available cylinders have been sent for refilling. The availability of oxygen remains in the district according to requirements.
