Kovid-19’s L-2 Hospital was established in the 100-bed hospital on Lucknow Road for corona infected in the district. Terminals from L-2 hospital patients claim that even when oxygen bottles are available, staff do not come for hours to provide oxygen to the infected. However, DM Avinash Kumar found out about it in a number of ways. Late on Saturday evening he reached L-2 hospital and learned about the situation here. Discussed measures to improve the situation with CMO Dr. SM Tripathi, ACMO Dr. Swami Dayal and the responsible superintendent of the district hospital, Dr. Pankaj Mishra.

Sharp conflict between doctor and ACMO
There was a heated argument between the additional chief medical officer posted to conduct the arrangements at Kovid-19 Hospital and a doctor on duty at L-2 Hospital. According to reliable sources, even after their duty, the affected doctors would not take over their condition from the infected people admitted to the ward. In that regard, the ACMO took a tough stance and there was a sharp clash between the two. However, later, with the intervention of some senior officials, the whole matter was calmed down.

Here he persuaded the timbers and asked them to stay away from the L-2 hospital, and also assured that all precautions would be taken as effectively as possible. The two officers then discussed with ACMO Dr. Swami Dayal to improve the situation.
