Hardoi. Of the district’s 19 development blocks, the electoral situation was created by submitting nominations from more than one candidate in nine development blocks. In these blocks, 28 candidates submitted their nomination documents. Friday is the day of the revocation.
BJP candidate from Bharan, Pankaj Shukla, submitted a two-sentence nomination, while Vinod Singh Tomar submitted an independent nomination and his wife Sunita Singh submitted a two-sentence nomination. In the Harpalpur block, the BJP candidate Jitendra Rajput submitted nomination papers for the post of block chief in two sentences, along with the BJP-MLAs Madhavendra Pratap Singh, Atul Singh, Abhiram Singh, Rakesh Mishra etc. were present.
SP-backed candidate Anokhilal Kashyap submitted a nomination in two sentences. His wife Mayadevi and the former block chief Balram Singh Yadav each submitted nominations in one set. SP MLC Dr. Rajpal Kashyap, former District President Padmarag Singh Pammu in attendance. BJP candidate Aarti Gupta submitted a nomination for the post of block chief in Sandila. The SP candidate Shabina and the independent candidate Lalli Bano also submitted their nominations. It is noteworthy that the BJP had declared Manoj Singh as its candidate in Pihani, but it was decided on Wednesday evening not to run any candidate from that seat. In such a situation, there is now no official BJP candidate here.
