District Agriculture Commissioner Manoj Kumar said that under orders from DM Anuj Kumar, Deputy Agriculture Director VB Singh and local Tehsildar raided eight stores in the Garh Tehsil area, where one seed and seven pesticide samples were taken. Two businesses were warned.
In the Hapur Tehsil area, Manoj Kumar District Agriculture Commissioner and local Tehsildar collected samples of six seeds and four pesticides from ten shops and warned two shopkeepers. Divya Maurya, an agricultural district defense officer, and local Tehsildar raided eight shops in the Dhaulana Tehsil area. During this time, expired pesticides and fertilizers were sold at the Som Khad Seed Store in Pilkhuwa.
