Kajal informs Pari that Dev called her on Dadaji’s phone. Pari refuses to speak to him. Dev thanks Pari for her excellent performance and asks why she isn’t looking at him. Pari says she has neck pain. Dev asks if she’s ready to sing in another competition next month. Pari agrees but refuses to show her face. Dev disconnects the call. Kajal realizes that Pari is playing and asks why she hasn’t spoken to Dev and what she is hiding. Pari says she’s not hiding anything and asks what she hid from Neel. Kajal thinks she is hiding her love for Neel.
Bhoomi panics when Dev and Kajal uncover their crime. She’s also frustrated with Pari.
Chavi says Kajal is a threat to her and she would not allow a maid to take over Bhoomi’s life and take her out of the Khurana home. Satyakam overhears their conversation and gets angry at them for thinking of harming Kajal and Pari and asks what the innocent girls did to them. Chavi asks why he’s worried about Kajal instead of his own daughter. Satyakam says he runs an NGO and helps many, he sees everyone as equal and even Kajal insists on telling what Kajal did to them. Chavi remembers that Kajal is her niece. Satyakam explains to Bhoomi that her in-laws’ house is her house after marriage and she should not conspire against them. He tells Chavi that he will not let her ruin her own daughter’s life and says they will both leave House Khurana immediately.
Kajal asks Pari why she balks at Dev. Pari reveals that when Kajal asked her to close her eyes and introduce herself as the bride, she introduced Dev as her groom. Kajal says they envision the people who care about them and who love them. Pari says she was confused and thinking about how Dev can be her Raju. She asks Kajal to write down her feelings for Neel if she doesn’t want to express it directly. Kajal accepts the proposal and writes a letter for Neel, expressing her gratitude for his support and describing her love for him. Pari comes in and takes the letter and says she will give it to Neel. Kajal tries to stop them but fails. Pari goes to Neel and if he doesn’t find him in the room, it stays on the table. Bhoomi notices the letter and reads it, thinking she should let the whole family know that Kajal loves Neel.
Prelude: Bhoomi accuses Kajal in front of the family and reads out an altered letter.
