Bhoomi laughs at Kajal’s letter to Neel. Pavitra doubts that Neel is cheating on her for Kajal. Pavitra says she saw him hugging Kajal the other day and remembers the incident. Neel says he comforted Kajal after Phool Singh attacked her. Pavitra angrily steps aside. Phool Singht attacks Neel from behind and chokes him. Pavitra tries to stop him, but he pushes her away. She calls Jaidev and informs him that Phool Singh is attacking Neel. He hurries out. Bhoomi tries to show him Kaju’s letter, but he ignores it and leaves the house. Kaju worries when he sees Jaidev tense. Bhoomi taunts her regarding Neel as her real husband and Jaidev as real FIL that she looks concerned.
Phool Singh continues to strangle Neel and warns him to leave Kajal or he will kill him. Pavitra asks to spare Neel. Neel overpowers Phool Singh and destroys him. Jaidev reaches there and stops Neel and asks him not to act like an idiot like Phool Singh. Phool Singh warns Jaidev that he will continue the drama and worry him and his family until Neel brings Kajal back to him. Pavitra confronts Neel about acting like an idiot trying to protect Kajal. Jaidev supports Pavitra.
Bhoomi shows the family the letter and says Kajal wrote it for Neel. Kajal accepts to write a thank you note for Neel and says she kept it in Neel’s room. Bhoomi says Neel considers her a friend, but she wrote a love letter for Neel. She reads a manipulated letter describing how much Kajal loves Neel. Kajal is shocked to hear this and says she didn’t write that letter and wrote a thank you letter instead. She asks everyone to believe her. Bhoomi warns her to stop lying and stop trying to break into her house.
Jaidev takes Neel home. The family becomes concerned after seeing Neel’s condition. Jaidev says Neel fought with Phool Singh over Kajal. Drhuv blames Kajal for all the troubles and asks Neel why he is ruining his life and career for Kajal. Kajal approaches Neel with concern. Soniya warns her to stay away from her son and reveals her love letter. Kajal pleads that she didn’t write that letter but instead wrote a thank you letter for Neel. Neel examines the letter and stands there in shock.
Prelude: Neel asks Kajal why she didn’t thank him directly instead of writing a letter since they stay under the same roof. Jaidev says he will move Kajal to a nearby hostel. Pari finds Kajal’s letter in a trash can. Bhoomi gets tense.
