The doctors tell Khurana that Pari’s condition is critical after severe anemia and that they are doing everything they can to save her. Kajal goes to the hospital with Dev. Nutan warns Kajal to leave because she is Kajal’s enemy. Jaidev asks Dev to take Kajal from there. Dev says that Kajal came here to find out about Pari’s condition because she is worried about Pari. Sonia says that she will pull Kajal out and pull her by hand. Neil stops Sonia and asks the family why they are so hard on Kajal when all she cares about is Pari. The family does not listen to him. Kajal walks out of there.

Kajal sees the idol of God in the hospital and prays to God to heal Pari and keep people’s faith in her. The flower of God falls on him. Madhur tries to run away saying that he will file a police report against Rhea and Kajal. Dev brings in the police and a woman whose daughter has been betrayed by Madhur. They say that Madhur cheated many innocent women in exchange for marriage and many are missing. The police arrest Madhur and take him away. Kajal loses control and runs after Madhur. The family caught him and the doctors took him back to his room.

Nutan thanks Kajal for saving Pari’s life and apologizes for not trusting her. She ties a protective thread around Kajal’s wrist and hugs her. Neel tells them that Pari will be discharged tomorrow. The next day at home, the family thanks Dev for his help. Dev credits Kajal and asks her to accept Kajal into his home and his heart. The family sits speechless.

Precap: Dev promises to marry Pari on the scheduled date. Pari yells that she just needs Raju. Dev says that he will marry her.
