Shahjahanpur. As part of the series of Amrit Mahotsav and Chauri-Chaura Centenary Celebrations of Independence, the birth anniversary of the first Chief Minister of the state, Pt. Govind Vallabh Pant was celebrated with great pomp in educational institutions including the government offices of Collectorate and Vikas Bhavan. On this occasion, students were informed about their contribution towards the nation by showing live broadcast of the program organized under the chairmanship of Chief Minister at Lok Bhawan, Lucknow through official Facebook page and YouTube channel.
In the program organized in the Collectorate Auditorium, DM Indra Vikram Singh, ADM Administration Ramsevak Dwivedi, ADM Finance Girijesh Kumar Chaudhary, Joint Magistrate Vishal Kumar, Municipal Magistrate Rajesh Kumar etc. jointly laid wreaths and wreaths on the portrait of Pant ji. On the other hand, in the Vikas Bhawan auditorium, CDO Shyam Bahadur Singh and other officials remembered his services for the nation and society by garlanding his portrait.
DM said that Pt. Govind Vallabh Pant was a famous freedom fighter and senior Indian politician. He took charge from the first Chief Minister of the state of Uttar Pradesh to the Home Minister of India, and he displayed high administrative ability in the discharge of every responsibility. Along with fighting the freedom struggle of the country, he was also an intense social worker and cultural leader. Played a leading role in making Hindi the national language. His life inspires all of us to be loyal towards duty.

Block Education Officer Anuj Saxena, District Scout Master Nikhat Parveen, District Guide Captain Dapinder Kaur, Principal of Composite School Roti Godown Imran Saeed, Khushboo, Neelam, Naresh, Ravinder etc. were present.
On the occasion of the birth anniversary of Bharat Ratna Pt. Govind Ballabh Pant on Friday in Malupur, East Secondary School, along with essay, painting and slogan competition on cleanliness, voter awareness rally was also taken out. Principal Narendra Pal Singh apprised him of Pant’s creativity and personality. Village head Kuldeep Dixit flagged off voter awareness rally. The prize distribution of the winning participants will be done on the next working day. Various Kumar Agnihotri, Principal Mukesh Kumar, Krishna Murari Pandey, Harishchandra etc. were present.
In primary school Khanhar Jalalabad, teachers, students and staff offered flowers by garlanding the portrait of Pt. Govind Vallabh Pant. Under the Mission Shakti programme, the girls were informed about the helpline numbers and various methods of self-defense.
